EFRION Fitness charges membership fees automatically on the renewal date via the connected payment gateway. Failed payments trigger a configurable retry sequence and member notification — without staff involvement.

Can members book classes from their phone?

Yes. The member app allows class and PT session booking, cancellation, and waitlist joining. Automated reminders are sent before each session. Cancellation within the configured window frees the slot automatically.

Does EFRION Fitness integrate with access control hardware?

Yes. EFRION Fitness integrates with turnstile and door access controllers. A member's access is tied to their membership status — expired or frozen memberships are blocked at entry automatically.

How are PT sessions tracked?

Each personal training session is logged against the trainer and the client. Sessions deduct from the client's PT pack balance automatically. The trainer sees their session history and upcoming schedule in one view.

How quickly can Fitness go live?

A standard gym or fitness studio deployment completes in 2–3 weeks: membership plan setup, class schedule import, member data migration, payment gateway configuration. Access control integration adds 1 week.
