Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the EFRION platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
EFRION provides vertical-specific SaaS software for business automation across HoReCa, HealthTech, Enterprise, and Beauty & Wellness industries. The Service is provided as a subscription-based cloud platform. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier and by country of operation.
3. Account registration
You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
4. Subscription and payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount over monthly pricing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without written authorization; (e) upload malicious code or interfere with platform integrity.
6. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant EFRION a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. EFRION does not sell Customer Data. Customer Data is not used to train AI models. Upon account termination, Customer Data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
7. Intellectual property
EFRION and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including all software, design, documentation, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term. Nothing in these terms transfers IP ownership to you.
8. Service level and uptime
EFRION targets 99.9% monthly uptime for Scale-tier subscribers (as defined in the applicable SLA agreement). Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. Outage credits are available for verified SLA breaches as described in your subscription agreement.
9. Compliance
EFRION maintains compliance with local fiscal reporting, product labeling, personal data protection, and other applicable regulations in each country of operation. Regulatory updates are EFRION's responsibility. Customers are responsible for ensuring their own use of the Service complies with applicable local law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EFRION's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. EFRION is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EFRION and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service in violation of these terms; Customer Data you provide; or your violation of any applicable law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period. EFRION may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and Customer Data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Use. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
